Had to take my recent 2nd hand purchase back for new rear discs despite only having 10k miles.
The service was done on time and with minimum delay, but I feel £375 for an oil service is very very expensive.
Very pleasant stay at the dealership, comfortable seating area, good coffee to drink, staff very pleasant and helpful, lovely and clean amenities, good experience overall.
Whilst the work done is great, every time I ask for something else it's forgotten or not done. Staff are usually polite and friendly
I reported a 'sqeaky' wheel which the technician was unable to find. Marc on the service desk came out with me to see if he could hear it but neither of could. He also offered me some great advise and was a pleasure to deal with. Great service!

The work that was undertaken on my car was completed perfectly and on time
-BMW Damaged car during service and indicator failure (under warrantee) - once i informed BMW the car was booked in to be repaired under the collection service. No one turned up and i didnt hear from bmw. - car still not fixed several weeks later
Unfortunately there was no courtesy car available which was a bit of a shame, but I was given a lift back to home which was nice.
Car was clean and ready by the time stated
Done their best to help and kept me informed at regular intervals, I was also provided with a good replacement loan car whilst mine was repaired.
Couldn't fix the fault on first visit
Thank you your feedback, On occasion we come up against a reported fault which we struggle to replicate when the car is with us. When this occurs, we do work with the owner of the car to work out a method of curing the problem when it next happens. Whilst this is not always ideal, we thank you for your co-operation.

I thought an engineers report would be accurate but have since found out it is only a rough guess at what it might be.

I had a service but I'm confused as to why my car is now telling me u need another service in January- surely it doesn't need another service 4 months later?

Told car would be done asap around 5pm. no call so went back at 5pm as it was just driving out of the servicing area.
All went well and they were professional in the communication during their time with the car.
Car not cleaned
No test drive as I suggested, just over one mile driven, would not have found the issue in such a short time.

Seemed there was confusion over the recal item relating to my E64
Appointments are difficult to book as the local dealership is very busy. No follow up email or text to confirm appointment. They were going to charge me £15 for a courtesy car per day while my car was getting serviced. It was free at Audi.
My car was repaired well after an accident. However the incorrect alloy wheel was repaired so now the car has to go back. Further am unhappy with the courtesy car given. I have BMW insurance that should provide like for like replacement.
Customer service was first class
£450.00 to have a dash cam fitted that I don't know how to use.
The staff explained everything and all the work was carried out on time.
An adviser did not take me to view the car to inspect the work; I was told it was ready to view on the forecourt. For the sum of money spent I would have expected the car to be valeted; instead I was treated with a car that had compound inside & out.

The service centre are excellent - I had recently 1200 miles to travel on my car before the next service which was booked - your guys called me fitted in the service so I didn't have to pay again - that's above and beyond to me
5 starsjust missed.. but for the fact that the complimentary wash after servicing left a quarter of each wheel grubby..perhaps a bit more attention would have avoided me having to get them fully cleaned afterwards. Nit picking I know but you are BMW

Needed brake fluid change - Told service adviser would need to wait for car, as no service car replacement available for 4 weeks. Then told to plan for service to have car for 3.5 hours to complete service. 3.5 hrs for a break fluid change - Never.
I booked a fast lane service, to then arrive and be told that I'd have to wait 5 hours. If fastlane isn't applicable for a service, it shouldn't be available as an option.
Car was washed but not to a good level and the response from staff was poor

Book a service given a time had a baby with me takes nearly an hour longer than they said. I even asked for a drop off pick up but was told a time slot was best. Keep to it if your gonna do that!

I put my M2 in for some warranty work. Informed that not all parts had come in so would have to book in again. Got home to notice trey had dented the front offside wing. Not happy. Went in 2 weeks later to complete job and repair dent. Ivan still see
Poor service regards speed, locating fault( bad mechanical diagnosis) and provision of courtesy car.
Efforts were made to get the work done quickly and I was provided with a courtesy car.
It really depends on who you deal with. I spoke with a salesperson called Luke who is absolutely excellent. Some of the others do there job satisfactory but it seems as if they are not fully committed.
The dealership have done nothing to compensate me and my family from the damage they caused to my vehicle.
The car went in for a recall, it had to be done. I asked in advance for the car to be washed as I had my MD out with me the next day, second service visit, second time yet again the car was not washed!! This was frustrating especially as I asked.

Service was completed on time. The service record was not initially updated in the vehicle and I had to return , but this was rectified promptly while I waited.
Over the years I have had four, maybe five, BMW's. They have all been comfortable, reliable and have served me well. Arden is perhaps my nearest BMW dealer.
The recall work was done quickly and I was kept fully informed about the process and timescales.
Not all issues were sorted on visit but plans were made for more detailed assessment at a later date

I had to return hire car and collect my one. This could have been done for me. service centre was professional but busy so had to wait. However they were very diligent and not only fixed issue but also fixed a separate recall issue without me asking
As always, very thorough with servicing and inspecting the vehicle - raising any necessary points.
Arden are pretty good. It does depend sometimes on the person you are assigned to for the service. As my X5 was subject to a recall relating to a battery lead ? I asked whether it would be possible to test the battery for capacity - £80 crazy ?
Good service as you would expect, just points mentioned above brought it down slightly.
There was some confusion after I booked where I was told my car did not have service inclusive when in fact it does which was caused by the centre still having my old car on their records not the new one which is on the same private plate.
Dropped car to dealership first thing in the morning, was told the car would be ready by midday and I would get a phone to say when ready. Never got a phone call and did not get the car back till the next day.
please see above...the guys at Arden are ok but, as expected, not admitting a manufacturing fault

Arden Maidstone has a large, modern, comfortable showroom. We were treated as valued (first time) customers. From initial contact, through test drive, ordering and delivery, each stage went as planned.
Partially described as above. Often have to chase. 10 days after collecting replacement car, they still haven't settled my old finance agreement. Don't believe they have applied paint protection to car which they claimed they had.
See above customers, very disappointed with the very poor service given.
