I believe I paid a fair price however I'm a returning customer (8 new cars since 2014), I'm not sure the most recent purchase represented my commitment to the brand. Bad points, scuff marks of the bottom of the internal plastics, door - door seal. D

It's disappointing that my car is about to go back for the third time to fix the same problem. The service advisors are really helpful, as was the mechanic who came out to see me the last time I took it in.

I am frustrated that it wasn't made clear to me that the egr recall was once again just a check. I was led to believe that the parts would be replaced this time. (This is the third time I have taken the car in.)
